Building homes is a long standing family tradition for Gary Dunn. He learned his craft from the ground up working for his father who was a home builder in Waco, Texas. In l975, Gary formed his own company specializing in building luxury residences that meet the needs and dreams of discriminating buyers. His son, David, became the third generation of the family to join the building company in 2002.

The Dunn family, including his wife Debbie, a Realtor specializing in luxury homes, is active in all aspects of the homebuilding industry. Gary assembles a team of highly skilled artisans and personally supervises them to insure the exceptional quality and craftsmanship his homes are known for. Gary, David and Debbie have built an outstanding reputation in North Texas and take great pride in exceeding their customer's expectations and delivering a home beyond compare.
